Directions

To use as a tea, add 1 tsp. of herb to a tea infuser and place the infuser in a tea cup. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the infuser. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes.

Burdock Root Oil

1 part burdock root

6 part carrier oil

Combine in clean dry jar, cover and store in a dark place for 6-8 weeks.

Strain and use.
